OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 chickens, cut up

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Heat thoroughly.

Dip each chicken piece in hot sauce.

Place chicken in foil-lined pan.

Pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Seal with foil.

Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes longer.

Do NOT open foil during cooking.

Yield: 8 servings.
