SPARE RIBS WITH MAPLE BARBEQUE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. maple flavored syrup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
3/4 c. water

Pour over 5 pounds ribs which have been dredged in flour. Cover. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees. Turn at least 2 times. Baste occasionally. Remove cover last 15 to 30 minutes.
