2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. coconut

Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 minute or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. A very good pie.
