1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients in bowl with mixer. Pour into 10" pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
