GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. catsup
1 can biscuits

Brown ground beef and onion in frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain on paper towel. Add mushroom soup, cream cheese and catsup. Place in buttered casserole dish. Place biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are brown, 450 degrees.
