MARINATED SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 fresh broccoli
1 red onion, sliced
1 can mushrooms
1 can black olives, sliced
Cherry tomatoes
Thin sliced carrots
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Chopped up celery
Green olives, stuffed
3 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian dressing

Mix all the ingredients except tomatoes. Use wine vinegar and a light oil for the dressing but mix according to directions. Put in air tight container. Leave overnight, turn upside down every three or four hours. Just before serving, add tomatoes.
