MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 head cauliflower
2 green peppers
Sliced carrots and celery
1 lb. mushrooms
2 zucchini squash
1 bunch broccoli
2 cukes
1 pt. cherry tomatoes

MARINADE:

1 c. salad oil
2 c. wine vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. prepared dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cut vegetables to bite size and put in large bowl, Baggie, or garbage bag. Combine marinade ingredients; better if run through blender first. Pour over vegetables, cover, and chill at least 12 hours. Stir or shake occasionally.
