CHICKEN CHIP BAKE 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. toasted, silvered almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. process American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with potato chips. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 20 minutes or until heated through. Serves 5 or 6.
