CHICKEN-N-CHIPS BAKE 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. blanched almonds (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed or whole potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake in hot oven 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
