PEANUT SAUCE NOODLES 
6 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. hot (spicy) oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. white vinegar
6 tbsp. dry sherry
6 tbsp. water
6 slices ginger
6 sliced scallions
6 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Azumaya Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients except sprouts and noodles in pan and heat into a sauce (should be thick). Follow package instructions for noodles - add bean sprouts for last minute and cook with noodles. Pour sauce over noodles and serve. (Sauce can be made to freeze.)
