MEAT MARINADE | |
Use for boned and skinned chicken breasts or pork chops. 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. soy sauce (may use low sodium) 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 clove garlic mashed (may use garlic powder) 2 tbsp. cooking sherry 1 tbsp. gingerroot (optional), grated Marinate meat 4 to 12 hours in refrigerator. When meat is removed, the marinade may be stored in refrigerator and saved for several weeks to be used again. After heating gas grill on high turn to low for cooking. Chicken breasts take 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Thick pork chops take about 20 minutes. Baste with marinate. |
