MEAT MARINADE PORK ROAST OR PORK
CHOPS
 
2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp.
2 tsp. fresh ginger root
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. sugar

Peel and mince garlic and fresh ginger. Make slits in meat and put in ginger and garlic. Pour soy sauce, wine and sugar over meat and marinate from 12 to 24 hours. Keep turning meat every once in a while during this time. Then roast or grill until done.
