BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 pkg. egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, reserve liquid
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Cook noodles according to directions, drain. In large skillet, melt butter and brown meat and mushrooms. Remove from skillet.

In drippings, stir in flour and onion soup mix. Gradually add water and reserved liquid. Return meat and mushrooms to pan. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream; heat through and serve over noodles.
