BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 sweet onion
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3/4 c. red wine
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. wide egg noodles
Butter

Saute onions and mushroom in butter. Remove vegetables. Add sirloin and brown. Sprinkle with flour. Combine wine with tomato paste. Add to meat. Simmer. Add vegetables. Just before serving, add sour cream. Be sure not to bring to a boil after adding the sour cream. Serve over noodles. Yields 8 servings.
