BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 1/2 lbs. boneless sirloin thinly sliced 1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. dry red wine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Slice beef and toss with flour. Brown in oil and remove from pan. Add butter, to pan and saute onions and mushrooms. Remove from pan. Add wine to pan and stir scrapings from bottom of pan 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add sour cream, soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add meat, onions and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly. Serve with noodles. |
