BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lb. stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms, optional
1/2 c. wine - white or red, optional

Put ingredients all together in heavy bowl. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. DO NOT brown meat or season. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
