CHICKEN OR TURKEY FAJITAS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (use less if you don't like spicy food)

Saute in wok or frying pan: 1 lb. chicken/turkey cutlets, in strips 3 peppers - red, green, yellow (one kind or a mixture) 1 onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced

Saute chicken first. Remove. Saute vegetables. Combine.

Add sauce. Stir while thickening. Serve on warmed flour tortillas with a dab of sour cream.
