PARSLEY EGG DROPS 
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 can beef or chicken soup

Beat egg and 3 tablespoons water until fluffy; blend in flour and salt. Add parsley; drop mixture by half teaspoon into boiling beef or chicken soup. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve at once.
