OYSTER BUCCANEER 
6 raw oysters on the half shell
3/4 c. crab meat stuffing
2 to 4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. buttered crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt
White pepper
Rock salt
Watercress
Lemon wedges

Clean and wash oysters. Place oysters on the half shell on broiling pan covered with rock salt. Brush oysters with melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with salt and white pepper. Place 2 tablespoons crab meat stuffing on top of each oyster. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Broil until heated through and crumbs are browned. Place on heated dinner plate and garnish with watercress and lemon wedges. Serves 1.
