JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
16 oz. cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 to 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 can evaporated milk, chilled

Dissolve Jello in water and refrigerate until it just begins to thicken. Mix together the cottage cheese, Miracle Whip, pineapple, horseradish and walnuts. Add mixture to the Jello. Whip chilled evaporated milk until it resembles whipped cream and fold into Jello mixture. Refrigerate and let set at least 2 hours.
