DUTCH SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 cans tomato juice
1 can tomato paste
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
Noodles, prepared
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded carrot
1 garlic bud, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste

Place juice and paste in large saucepan. Saute onions and add to sauce with celery, green pepper, garlic and carrots. Simmer for 4 hours. Serve over noodles. I make this for the men in deer camp every year.
