DUTCH MEATBALLS IN SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. fresh bread crumbs

Mix above ingredients and form into meatballs. Start baking at 350 degrees while combining following 1/2 can tomato sauce, 2 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar or molasses. Pour this sauce over meatballs. Bake 1 hour.

NOTE: Suggestion - make meatballs into meatloaf.
