FISH WITH ZESTY SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. red snapper, haddock or cod fillets
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Oregano and parsley

Melt butter in 9 x 11 baking dish. Layer onion slices and fish fillets in pan. Place tomato slices on top of fillets. Combine next 6 ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over fish. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
