FISH FILLET IN MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 lb. fish fillets (cod or haddock)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fillets in package pan. Mix together mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over fillets. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce, using a little or a lot, depending on taste. Lightly sprinkle paprika over all. Bake for 20 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
