COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
Salt to taste
Dash black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash hot pepper
1 sm. grated potato
1 bottle chili sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 sm. jar apple grape jelly

Blend jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice; heat slowly. Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add grated potato. Roll to size of a quarter and drop in the cooking sauce. Simmer for 1 hour. Makes about 75 balls. Serve with picks.
