COCKTAIL PUFFS 
1 lb. bulk sausage (hot is better)
1 roll jalapeno cheese (Kraft)
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Crumble sausage in skillet, brown and drain; return to heat. Add cubed cheese and melt. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate dough into triangles, cut each triangle in half. Spoon about 1 teaspoon mixture onto each triangle. Fold edges into the center and seal well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, about 15 minutes. May be frozen before cooking. Makes 32 puffs.
