COCKTAIL PIZZAS 
1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled, fired & drained
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
3 cans refrigerated flaky biscuits

Combine all ingredients except biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 3 pizza rounds. Spread with mixture and place on cookie sheets. Freeze. Store in plastic bags until ready to use. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 90.
