TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can celery soup
Cheese slices
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 box frozen mixed vegetables or peas & carrots
1 pkg. tater tots

Press partially cooked hamburger into bottom of baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on the minced onion and vegetables. Spread soup evenly. Lay cheese slices on top. Cover with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees until the tater tots are golden brown. It warms over nicely.
