TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. tater tots
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

Put meat in bottom of 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Sprinkle meat with onions. Put mixed vegetables over top of that. Then sprinkle cheese over that; pour diluted soup with milk over vegetables. Cover with frozen tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
