1 head lettuce, torn
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 can pitted, drained, sliced black olives
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. Dorito taco flavor chips, crushed
1 lg. Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing

One half hour before serving, toss all ingredients together. Add salad dressing and toss again.
