HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (2-3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
Salt & pepper

Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; stir well. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Place chicken meaty side down in a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Pour honey mixture over chicken, cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator, bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and turn chicken pieces. Bake 30 minutes longer or until done; basting occasionally with pan drippings.
