HONEY - CURRY HENS 
2 Cornish hens (frozen or fresh); if frozen, thaw
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split Cornish hens in half; arrange in greased baking pan skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder. Pour over hens. Baste every 15 minutes until hens are tender and brown. Takes about 1 hour. Serves 4.
