HAMBURGER CORN BAKE 
Mixture:

1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans creamed corn, separate 1/2 can and 1 1/2 cans
salt and pepper to taste

Biscuits:

1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
remaining 1/2 can corn

In large skillet brown ground beef and onion. Drain well and return to skillet. Add milk, creamed corn (1 1/2 cans) and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together all of the biscuit ingredients until they are combined. Drop biscuits by spoonfuls on top of meat mixture. Place in a 425°F oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve.
