APPLE STREUSEL CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter

Combine and press firmly into pie plate. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool.

APPLES:

3 peeled and cubed apples
1/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and saute in butter, covered 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

CHEESE FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
6 - 8 oz. whipped cream or Cool Whip
1/3 c. sugar

Blend sugar and salt into softened cheese and then add remaining ingredients. Fold in cooled apples and pour mix into pie crust. Top with crumb topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 stick softened butter
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend until crumbly texture and sprinkle on top of pie. Refrigerate 2 hours to set.
