BUTTERMILK FUDGE 
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. granulated sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook the buttermilk, sugar, butter, corn syrup, and baking soda together in heavy 4 quart saucepan to 234 degrees. It foams so be careful. Cool, then add vanilla and nuts; beat until creamy.
