SEVEN LAYER STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
Potatoes, cut in fourths
Onions, diced
Carrots, chopped
1 lg. env. onion soup mix
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can stewed tomatoes

Layer 2 lbs. stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots. Then sprinkle layer of dry onion soup mix. Before adding soups, mix them together and pour over above. The can of stewed tomatoes goes on top. Cook at 275 degrees for 6 hours. Do not uncover or stir until done.

Makes good gravy.
