ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. MJB chicken-flavored rice
4 green onions, chopped
1 sm. jar artichoke hearts
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool, add chopped onions. Drain oil from artichoke hearts; save. Chop hearts and mix with rice and onions. Mix oil with mayonnaise until well blended; may add more mayonnaise, if preferred. Pour over rice and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
