KING CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen king crab
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. minced onion
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Thaw crab and drain. Cook and drain broccoli. Melt 4 tablespoons butter. Add onion and saute until soft. Add flour, salt and curry. While stirring, add milk and cook to medium sauce. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

In small casserole, place broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Combine sauce and crab and pour over broccoli. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add bread crumbs; sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
