PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pasta shells, cooked as directed
2 jars (or lg. can) artichoke hearts, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, sliced
2 c. Italian dressing
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic salt (optional)

Mix all together. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
