LEMON SHERBET 
1 qt. milk plus 1 c.
2 lg. cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice

Mix together and put in electric freezer with ice and rock salt. When done, take out dasher and let set until firm. Pour off water and pack with ice and rock salt to set.
