LEMON MILK SHERBET 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
Grated rind of lemon
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 pt. milk or half & half for richer dessert

Mix well the first four ingredients and freeze until firm. Beat until creamy and finish freezing.
