LEMON AND ORANGE SHERBET 
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lemon juice, fresh or bottles
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled icy cold (2/3 c.)

Combine juices; add sugar. Gradually stir in the 1 cup milk. Pour into refrigerator tray or similar pan. Freeze until firm (1 hour plus) until partially firm.

Break into chunks and beat until smooth. Whip evaporated milk until stiff. Fold into frozen mix. Return to tray and freeze firm.
