PINEAPPLE PIE | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. pineapple juice 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 lg. can beaten Pet milk (beat stiff) Boil pineapple juice, sugar and eggs. Pour over lemon Jello. Fold in stiffly beaten Pet milk. Pour in Vanilla Wafer Crust. ONE MINUTE FROSTING: 2 cups sugar moistened with a little milk. Boil rapidly for 1 minute. Beat well. Add flavoring and spread on cake. |
