MEATLESS STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. baby lima beans
1 c. corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Dash pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
3 peppers

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and cook about 3 minutes in boiling water. Cook onion in butter until tender. Add lima beans, corn and tomatoes. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Put mixture into pepper halves. Sprinkle crumbs over peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
