BISHOP'S CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix above ingredients and press into a 9"x13" pan and bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

Combine: 2 c. milk

Add 4 cups soft vanilla ice cream (1/2 of half gallon). Beat all ingredients. Top with Cool Whip and Hershey bar shavings. Freeze and let thaw for 30 minutes before serving. Keeps good in refrigerator.

I have used different flavored puddings or vanilla pudding and flavored ice cream such as strawberry and put fresh strawberries on top.
