MARSHMALLOW FILLING | |
1 c. granulated sugar 1 1/4 c. water Stir until dissolved, boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Take a half pound of marshmallows, pull apart, put into double boiler with 2 tablespoons of hot water, stir until melted, pour hot syrup gradually into this mixture, beating constantly. Add flavoring if desired. |
