PUMPKIN-CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil or applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (Libby's)
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Sift all dry ingredients with wire whisk. Scramble eggs with oil and add wet to dry. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

Makes 2 to 3 loaves.
