FRENCH CHOCOLATE PIES | |
4 sq. bitter chocolate 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 sticks butter, softened 2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip 4 eggs 2 graham cracker crusts Melt and cool 4 squares chocolate. Beat together 1 1/2 cups sugar and 2 sticks of butter. Mix in cooled chocolate. Beat in 2 eggs; beat for 2 minutes. Add 2 more eggs; beat 2 more minutes. Fold in 9 ounces of Cool Whip and put into 2 graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip when serving. Can be frozen. |
