PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, whole or chopped
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Add pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes clean.
