1 c. grated carrots 2 tsp. chopped green peppers 4 tsp. low-calorie salad dressing 3 c. shredded cabbage 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained Combine all ingredients except salad dressing. Toss. Add salad dressing just before serving. Yield: 4 servings - 1 serving = 76 calories or 3 vegetables and 1/2 fat. |
